Are you an experienced HR professional seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference? This role offers a competitive salary of up to £42k per annum (pro rata), with the flexibility to work remotely and at least 1 day per week in the office.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience;
- CIPD qualified up to Level 7
- Previous HR management and generalist experience
- Demonstrated experience working within a matrix organisation, providing strategic and operational HR support, guidance, and leadership.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as iTrent for HR transactional work and recruitment
- Experience managing complex casework in all aspects of employee relations and sickness absence.
- Involvement in HR transformational projects
- Ability to perform HR transactional duties proficiently.
