This role is a Fixed-Term opportunity for 12 months to cover a maternity within the team. The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in partnering with specific business areas to provide HR guidance to inexperienced line managers and to implement strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Description
The HR Business Partner - Technology will be responsible for:
- Understand site issues, priorities and key drivers and the effect on their specific area
- Ensure Line Managers understand and buy into the people issues within their area and influence their decisions where there is a need to do so
- Effectively drive through and manage change / improvement programs to meet the needs of the business and be involved in delivering PIP's (Profit Improvement Plans). Including Labour flexibility, structural reviews, changes to T&Cs etc.
- Champion the organisation's commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Own people, culture, and business projects as required.
Profile
The ideal HR Business Partner - Technology will have the following skills/qualities:
- Proven working experience in HR at the Generalist and Business Partner level.
- Demonstrable ER case management skillset.
- Stakeholder management within business units.
- Excellent people management skills and business acumen.
- Strong abilities in problem-solving and decision making.
- Immediately Available/Available on short notice
