Salary up to: £43,000p/a + free car parking + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to acquire top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace.
- Create and implement training programmes for skill enhancement and career growth.
- Supervise performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Develop HR policies to comply with laws and company standards.
- Initiate employee engagement activities and manage benefits programmes.
- Ensure transparent communication between management and staff.
- Resolve conflicts and encourage open communication.
- Track HR metrics to assess programme effectiveness and create reports.
- Stay updated on employment laws and provide compliance guidance.
Essentials:
- CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification.
- Proficient in Employment law
- Background in Manufacturing/Production industry
- Proficient with HR Systems and MS Excel
