Job Description
Morgan McKinley's Office Support team is looking for a Generalist HR Business Partner to drive success in a dynamic company based in the Letchworth area. Please note that this is a standalone role, being part of a wider HR team based in the south of the country.
Please note due to the nature of the role, you must be a driver.
SALARY: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE plus car allowance
Hybrid - 1 day working from home
Flexible working hours
37,5hrs a week
Monday - Friday
HR Business Partner's duties and responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for any HR queries
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues in the office
- Support managers with any ER related queries
- Producing reports
HR Business Partner's key skills and experience:
- Level 5 or Level 7 CIPD qualified
- Strong Employment Law knowledge
- Resilient personality
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
