SalaryHR Business Partner/HR Lead: 45–50,000 + benefits (Fully Remote Role)
This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. In this role you will manage a small HR team, supporting internal stakeholders across the country. We are looking for an experienced Generalist HR professional with a wide ranging skill set and a positive, can–do approach.
On a day to day basis you can expect a varied workload including
Leading on the implementation of strategic and operational HR activitiesSupporting on change management projects across the businessManaging projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectivenessHelping create a culture of teamwork, performance and continuous improvement.Mentoring/supporting and leading the HR teamProviding support to operational managers and the HR team on a wide range of HR and ER mattersThe successful candidate will have
CIPD level 7 qualifications and proven experience as a business partner across a geographically dispersed organisation.Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders within the charity/not for profit sector. A passion and commitment for Equality, Diversity and InclusionA pragmatic approach to HRTo be considered for this role you will be Level 7 qualified with a track record of operating in a similar role.
