- Onboarding process from reference checks, right to work and contracts.
- Support recruitment processes.
- Dealing with purchase orders and invoice.
- Ensuring smooth payroll.
- Respond to general queries in HR inbox.
HR Coordinator Experience
- Previous HR administration experience
- Advanced IT knowledge (Microsoft packages, ideally using Dayforce)
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage systems well.
