As our HR Data & Technologies Specialist, you’ll assist in the management of integrated HR and Payroll Systems and Master Data, while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.
You’ll provide expertise and ensure the delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization; including HR and Payroll system related issues, upgrades and enhancements. You’ll partner with the HR teams cross functionally to promote seamless integration between HR systems and new technologies.
This is a 7-month Fixed-Term contract, which could be based in any of our EMEA legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating on process improvements and innovative solutions with the coordination of HR Stakeholders and IT team with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Providing production support - including researching, troubleshooting and resolving HR and Payroll system problems. This includes report generation, documentation of process & system changes, management of system and data integrity including quality, accuracy, and usability of data and related interfaces. Interpreting internal/external business issues and recommending best practices.
- Assisting in the governance process – managing change requests according to established protocols and assisting in the testing and impact analysis of all changes to HR and Payroll systems including technical changes, special programming and upgrades.
- Working with the business to manage organisational structure within EC, creating, editing and delimiting positions to maintain accurate business data and ensure smooth process flow.
- Consulting and working with user groups to define information needs and availability /sources.

- Experience of HR SAP/SuccessFactors and related HR and Payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of HR data, systems, and processes.
- Strong curiosity, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
