An arts charity based in Birmingham are seeking a detail-orientated, proactive individual for a HR Manager role, on a full time permanent basis. If you have solid HR experience, a genuine passion for working within HR and a keen eye for detail, then this may be the role for you!
You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be assisting with the management of the overall HR operations as well as line managing the business and HR administrator. Your duties could include but are not limited to;
- Supporting the recruitment process for the organisation
- Preparing and issuing contracts
- Maintaining staff details on the systems such as personnel files, appraisals, reviews, training, holidays, sick leave, DBS checks
- Overall management of disciplinary and grievance processes
- Administer payroll and payroll records
- Collating data to support reports
The successful candidate will possess solid HR experience and ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards this. You will be a confident, organised, discrete individual with a well developed knowledge of HR.
