Our client is a London based groupof businesses with an immediate need for an experienced HR Managerwho can join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a group with various business interests.
In this newly created role, you will assist with driving businesssuccess be involved in recruitment, support and development of talent. Workingclosely with the existing HR support you will actively contribute to theongoing development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, whilstensuring employment law and best practice are followed.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with employment legislationand have experience in generalist HR experience including recruitment,retention, employee development, grievances/disciplinaries and employeeengagement.
Eligibilitycriteria:
·A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience providing advice andguidance to managers on routine HR issues with a soundknowledge of HR functions including policies and procedures, recruitment andselection, employee relations and talent management
·Have a proven track record of developing and implementing HRpolicies, procedures and processes.
·Experience building a strongholistic HR function to support our growing teams
·CIPD qualified (CIPD Level 3 qualified minimum)
·Have experience of working with key stakeholders and employees atall levels, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Have strong ethics and care aboutdoing the right thing
·Ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitiveinformation.
