Main Duties of the Role
- Preparing employee contracts.
- Assisting during employee onboarding
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain and implement HR policies and guidelines
- Answer and provide support for employees to address HR related issues
- Design and implement an overall recruitment strategy
- Collaboratively create and update job descriptions with hiring managers
- Screen incoming resumes and applications
- Conduct interviews and reference checks
- Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Review current HR polices and processes and suggest ideas for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Degree in human resources management or similar
Salary
- £45,000 per annum
