Description
The main responsibilities for the HR Manager role are:
Holistic HR Management:
- Oversee all core HR areas, including time-off recording, learning and development plans, internal recruitment, HR admin, and end-of-year reviews.
- Monitor staff sickness, identify trends, and collaborate with Line Managers to take proactive actions.
Guidance and Compliance:
- Provide expert advice on HR regulation, compliance, and relevant legislation to the Management Team.
- Offer advice, guidance, and support to the Jimmy's crews, ensuring high levels of people management and development support.
Policy Creation and Implementation:
- Develop and implement new HR policies, staying abreast of changes in the business.
- Ensure a seamless induction process and continuous improvement.
Documentation and Reviews:
- Manage the creation and ongoing update of job descriptions, employment contracts, and the employee handbook.
- Join the Management Team for annual remuneration and benefit reviews.
Culture and Values Ambassador:
- In still and champion company values, becoming a key driver in embedding them within the Jimmy's culture.
Coaching and Development:
- Regularly coach, mentor, and support the team, identifying and addressing development needs.
Profile
The successful candidate for the HR Manager role will have the following:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- 2 years of experience in an HR role.
