Therefore they are seeking a HR Manager to join the team, working with the Head of Operations and working collaboratively with the Managing Directors and Managers.
Ideal candidates will be CIPD Level 3-5 and have a wealth of HR experience behind them, up-to-date legislation knowledge is a essential, along with strong leadership and influencing skills.
My client is seeking 25 hours per week, and can be flexible on the pattern, there will be a mix of working out of Christchurch, Wimborne and remotely. You will receive a salary of upto£46k, alongside a fantastic benefits package to include, Flexible core hours, Discretionary bonus, Pension- Employer contribution 3%, 5 weeks holiday plus 8 bank holidays, PMI after 6 months service, Financial support for further training & development, Social events are held throughout the year and regular company meetings, team meetings, employee engagement sessions and quarterly off site updates.
• Attract and recruit high calibre candidates to meet the business needs by promoting diversity and inclusion within the recruitment and retention strategy
• Champion the performance management process by supporting managers to engage, manage and develop their teams
• Review and maintain our personnel policies in line with current HR legislation
• Lead the salary and benefits compensation process by determining salary structures and benefits ensuring we remain competitive in the external market
• Drive the communication strategy to ensure everyone feels part of the team steering employee forums and initiating resulting action plan
• Provide sound employment advice, which is pragmatic, risk based and demonstrates an extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law.
• Ensure the business remains safe by meeting it’s regulatory and compliance GDPR responsibilities within the HR function
• Manage the internal People HR system, administration function and audit process, liaising with external partners such as, pensions and healthcare, to ensure accurate delivery.
