SalaryWe are seeking experience an HR Manager to undertake an initial 6-month temporary contract via Hays in Bournemouth, Dorset.
You will be working as part of a large organisation supporting the HR Director with a variety of HR projects and activities including the below but will be dependant on experiencies :
- HR operational matters,
- Workforce planning,
- Strategic development,
- Reward,
- HR systems
- Analytics
Were seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist who has the ability to work across a variety of areas including : operations, reward, systems, analytics, workforce planning, project, strategic development.
- You will need experience of working within large, complex unionised environments.
- Ideally Chartered MCIPD / Post Grad Diploma Level 7 CIPD
Offer
- The role will be offered on an initial 6 months contract working via Hays on a weekly time sheet basis
- 3 days per week as a minimum on site in Bournemouth
- Projects will be identified depending upon candidates' experiences.
