HR Manager - Christchurch - Salary up to £35,000
We have a super exciting new opportunity to work with a well known brand based in Christchurch. They are looking for an organised, dynamic and all round HR Expert who shows a real passion for adding value to the wider business
Duties will include:
- Manage all core HR departmental areas including time-off recording, learning and development plans, internal recruitment, HR admin and end of year reviews
- Provide advice and direction to the Management Team on HR regulation and compliance, professional standards and relevant legislation
- To provide advice, guidance and support to the wider team by providing high levels of people management and development support
- Support Managers to deal with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues
- Create and manage the implementation of new HR policies
- Ensure that the induction process is implemented and improved whilst keeping up to date with all changes in the business
- Manage the creation and continual updating of job descriptions, employment contracts and the employee handbook
- Join the Management Team to conduct annual remuneration and benefit reviews of the team
- Ensure that the company values are implemented and be a key driver in instilling them within the companies culture
- Create regular instances for helping to coach, mentor and support the team and identify any development needs
About You:
- You will be an experienced HR Generalist looking for an exciting, challenging new role where you can really make a difference
- You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- You should have at least 2 years experience in an HR Advisor / generalist role
Salary is £35,000 per annum
