Our client is recruiting for an Interim HR Manager on a 6 month contract. Within this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of the HR function for this public sector organisation. This is an on-site role located in Milton Keynes.
We are looking someone available to work between 15-30 hours per week, with flexibility over the days and structure.
Qualifications
- Proven generalist experience in an HR Manager role
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience in managing complex HR projects
- Experience of managing complex employee relations cases
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Line Management experience
- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Experience in healthcare would be beneficial but not essential
