My client, a luxury home-wares company, are currently seeking a passionate HR Manageron a part time basis, to join their successful company based in Worcester. This is a standalone role with support from an external HR consultancy when needed.
Benefits:
- Salary: 35 - 45,000 - pro rata

- 25 hours per week - 5 day coverage - 5 hours per day. (some flexibility for increased hours)

Duties/Responsibilities;
- Manage formal and informal employee relations cases
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers
- All aspects of HR administration including onboarding through to exit
- Co-ordinating external training and internal knowledge sharing sessions, identifying training needs. managing the training budget and monitoring training effectiveness.
- Maintaining effective engagement with key stakeholders.
- Provide a welcoming, open door HR support function to all employees of the business.
- Work with managers to conduct skills gap analysis and create a training plan.
- Any other support that is required
Skills/Experience Required;
- Previous experience in a similar role
- CIPD qualified to, ideally, a level 5.
- Experience of leading a range of UK ER cases.
- A strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to manage people at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
