We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our client, who have a Head Office based in Shropshire. This is a full-time permanent role, offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to all areas of the business on HR related matters.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have a minimum 3+ years experience in a senior HR position, with experience working within a regulated environment
- Enjoys working collaboratively as well as autonomously on projects and when necessary
- Has a strong Knowledge of employment law, legislations & safeguarding procedures
- Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training (CIPD5)
- Excellent at managing your work load and multiple priorities to adhere to deadlines
- Confident communicator
Overview of the role of HR Manager:
- Overseeing the full HR function within the business
- Supporting line managers and staff by providing guidance and advice on HR related matters
- Management of the full recruitment process, attracting and retaining talent, whilst adhering to safer recruitment requirements
- Maintaining accurate employee records and support payroll management
- Analyse training requirements within the business
- Contribute to implementation and development of policies & procedures
- Support HR Team projects both business wide and adhoc
Key Information about the role:
- Salary – £40,000 – £50,000
