Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the hotel's objectives and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified individuals who embody our brand's ethos.
- Help create and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and maintain effective employee relations, addressing any concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address training needs, career development opportunities, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting equal opportunities for all team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving HR processes and initiatives.
Human Resource Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is essential.
