My client are an award-winning creative agency who are looking for a HR / People Operations Assistant to join their fantastic team. This role will provide generalist transactional HR support to the agencies and will work closely with the wider People team. It will cover the full employee lifecycle focussing on the transactional aspects and help to make continuous improvements across the function.
Specific duties will include:
- Managing the HRIS system (Success Factors), ensuring it’s always up to date
- Responding to all employee queries across the groups
- Managing and preparing paperwork including new joiner contracts, promotions, probations, salary increases etc)
- General support to the wider team with people initiatives and adhoc tasks
- Onboarding and offboarding freelancers in line with the agency’s compliance requirements
- Drafting contracts and NDAs to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and support the HR Operations Team Leader
- Keeping all employee and freelance files up to date
The People team are currently working on a number of exciting HR projects around wellbeing, DEI, benefits, training and L&D, so you will also have the opportunity to be involved in these.
You must have some experience in a HR or recruitment role, with a proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a supportive team. As a business they offer fantastic benefits and personal development plans.
This role is based in West London and requires 4 days a week in their office, with 1 day from home. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
