Position: Finance Support Assistant
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm
Salary: £23,650-£25,000 PA + Company related Bonus and additional Company Benefits
Contract: Permanent
HRGO are currently seeking an experienced Finance Support Assistant for their client based in Ellesmere Port. The role sits within a busy multi-skilled finance team within a large organisation. You will be responsible for the below duties.
Duties:
- Daily reconciliation of bank account(s), including posting to sage for any payments and receipts.
- Responsibility for the operation of the Purchase and Sales Ledger.
- Daily submission of direct debits
- Supporting the team with reconciliations and ad hoc simple tasks towards completion of management accounts.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Sage 50/ Sage 200.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Have excellent verbal and written skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
- A Level Maths/Accountancy/working towards AAT etc. and or relevant experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
