As a collection’s agent, you will play a vital role in managing a portfolio of arrears customers and ensuring the business meets its performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in collections activities for all overdue active agreements.
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, embracing the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.
- Utilize negotiation skills to recover outstanding payments by identifying the reasons behind overdue payments, thereby preventing contractual loss.
- Identify and prioritize Vulnerable Customers, ensuring fair treatment throughout the process.
- Negotiate with customers to reach mutually satisfactory outcomes for both the company and the customer.
- Maintain required standards of call handling and service quality.
- Serve as a role model within the team, embodying the company's vision and values.
Skills Required:
- Flexibility in working hours and shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with departmental and business policies and procedures relevant to the call centre environment.
