Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Support Admin:
- Collaborating with National Accounts Manager to ensure correct products and pricing uploaded to DHD/marketplace accounts, together with management of daily transactions and queries.
- Compiling pricing and product data sheets for new product launches.
- Adding customer-specific pricing to ERP system
- New product set-up for key accounts
- Responding effectively to customer queries
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support the Sales, Design and Finance teams.
- Provide cover for sales order processing and warehouse liaison, including switchboard.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in Sales Support and Customer Service
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal/communication skills
- Dedication, enthusiasm and determination to meet existing high standards
- Highly numerate & articulate, proficient in Excel and Sales Order Processing systems
- Resourceful and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a consistently high level of quality and focus.
- Excellent organisational and time management to manage changing priorities
- Experience of administration of Marketplace/DHD platforms is desirable
