Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a media company, based in London as they look to recruit for a full - time, interim HR Assistant on 4 month Fixed Term Contract.
The salary for this role is up to £25k FTE with a potential to work from home 1 day per week.
The right candidate will need to be available immediately!
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective support across the HR team.
HR Assistant:
Responsibilities include:
Provide a high-quality advisory HR service in all areas of the HR function
Support senior team members with projects and HR initiatives as appropriate providing administrative and organisational support as required.
As part of the role, you will be expected to undertake transactional duties such as updating paper based and electronic files.
Undertake the full range of general administrative duties
You will be responsible for managing the HR Inbox, handling queries, escalating to the HR Director, where necessary.
You will provide daily support across the HR team.
You will regularly manage and update internal HR systems.
HR Assistant - About you
Posses solid HR Administrative skills
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years working in a HR related role.
CIPD qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work independently
Possess excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
