Job Title: HR Officer
Salary: GBP15.38 - GBP17.95per hour
Location: Wednesbury
Contract: 3 months interim, full time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 - 5.00 pm
Our established and leading Manufacturing client are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their company on an interim basis for 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and help with the success of the business.
The successful candidate will need to have previous HR experience and working alongside a HR Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED
Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
Some payroll experience is desirable.
Experience in recruitment and dealing with a high number of temporary staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding and offboarding of staff including introductions and exit interviews.
Maintaining accurate HR records on HR, holidays, and payroll systems
Dealing with high volume complex ER issues
Coaching managers through grievances, disciplinaries and investigations
Responsible for the full 360 recruitment process
Arranging interviews, conducting interviews etc
Using Sage Payroll to run monthly payroll
Free parking onsite
