Description
As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the HR team in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- End to end recruitment processes.
- Participating in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ensuring compliance.
- Assisting with all internal and external HR related matters.
Profile
The successful HR Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
