My client are looking for a HR Officer to join them on a full time and temporary basis. The role is paying up to £32,000, and is offering an immediate start.

Description

As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the HR team in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• End to end recruitment processes.
• Participating in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ensuring compliance.
• Assisting with all internal and external HR related matters.

Profile

The successful HR Officer should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
