37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days.

Actual Salary: £25,479 - £29,816 (starting salary dependent on experience)

The Trust currently comprises of 10 academies, including secondary, primary and further education.
Whitehill Primary Academy joined the Trust in January 2024. With 700 pupils and 120 employees, it is a large and busy primary school.
We have an opportunity for a HR Officer to join the friendly team, providing an efficient HR service across the academy. Working in close collaboration and with full support from the trust central HR service, you will provide a dedicated HR service, that supports the full employee life cycle including:
- Recruitment, onboarding and induction for new employees
- Absence management
- Performance management
- Investigations for alleged misconduct
- Management and maintenance of all employee records
What are we looking for?
- 5 or more GCSEs at Grade 5/C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Experience of working in a similar role with excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
