Responsibilities will include –
- Coordinating onboarding of candidates, liaising with screening and vetting team (you will be working closely with candidates who require security clearance)
- First point of contact for HR related queries onsite
- Process weekly starters and leavers
- General HR Administration – contracts of employment
- Maintain HR & Payroll system
- Supporting with note taking of formal and informal meetings – disciplinary and grievances
- Assisting with recruitment and selection
- Assist with adhoc projects
- Streamlining processes
You will be a strong team player, with a positive attitude and good energy to come in and make a difference with genuine opportunity for progression down the line as the business continues to grow and internal promotions come into play.
Salary & Benefits include:
- Up to 30k
- Pension with Aviva – Employee 5% (can increase), Employer 7.5%
- 25 days hol+BH
- Hours of work: 08:00-16:15 (Mon-Thurs), 08:00-15:00 (Fri) – can be flexible, and can look into 1x day per week of WFH after embedded into the team.
