Our client is an innovative and international Law Firm currently recruiting a creative and pro-active HR Project Co-ordinator to join their growing team in their London offices on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the HR Project Co-ordinator will be to implement wide ranging and exciting global initiatives, working closely with a variety of subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business within a fantastic, friendly global HR team.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Supporting the Project lead with project communications and project related paperwork.
- Scheduling and taking part in project meetings, taking notes of key actions/decisions and monitoring project task progress.
- Producing project and communications plans and creating and maintaining project files.
- Undertaking data analysis and research.
- Co-ordinating the logistics (diary invites, booking meeting rooms, videoconference etc) related to projects including tender pitches, project group meetings with external suppliers.
- Liaising with international colleagues and engaging and building relationships with local offices
- Reviewing, processing and tracking all third-party vendors’ invoices and spends on the project.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and/or small projects within wider programme.
The HR Project Co-ordinator will have previous experience at officer/adviser level within the HR function supporting projects or within a project-based environment ideally within a global organisation. It is essential to be detail-oriented and highly organised prioritising between multiple tasks. The right candidate will be highly motivated and will work well within a team and independently along with possessing excellent communication skills (verbal & written). The HR Project Co-ordinator will have a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and be confident, methodical and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
