Interim HR Project Manager

Circa £600 per day
6 month contract
Adecco are proud to be working in partnership with a government department to recruit an Interim HR Project Manager for an exciting 6 month project.
About the role
This is a key role to lead on an important project to ensure the organisation is fit for purpose and can operate effectively due to a forecasted surge in demand.
- You will need to have previous HR project management experience and demonstrable experience of organisational design and agile in your approach.
- You will also have knowledge of workforce planning design and experience facilitating workshops with senior leaders across the organisation to effectively drive change. You will then need to manage any recruitment to ensure the right balance of in-sourced and outsourced capability so knowledge of recruitment practices is essential.
- You will need to have knowledge of contractual arrangements and mapping talent pools as well as identifying and maximising passive candidates. You will also have strategic oversight of the operational elements of the whole project and knowledge of recruitment, training, organisational design and the ability to make data led decisions.
- You will be a pro-active and influential lead of the HR workstreams and be able to prepare and present executive papers and recommendations to Senior Leaders.
