Location: South London Hybrid 2 days in the Office
Pay Rate: £23.58 per hour (umbrella)
A South London Local Authority OD and People service has an extensive and ambitious Transformation Programme aimed at delivering successful outcomes for the Communities. As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting this program by collaborating with senior leaders and the People and OD Business partnering Team, with a particular focus on facilitating organisational-wide restructuring.
Key Accountability's:
- Collaborate with Strategic OD and People Partners and key stakeholders.
- Liaise and support Project Leads on various workstreams.
- Coordinate meetings and communications.
- Support with highlight reports and Project Management documentation (e.g., project plans, risk registers, tracking, and monitoring progress).
- Utilise different technologies effectively.
- Collate feedback from consultations.
- Create workforce reports with support and direction.
- Assist in the coordination of briefing sessions.
- Support presentations and webinars.
- Conduct data analytics.
- Conduct research as required.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adopt new technologies (We use Google Suite).
- Proven record in managing project documentation and monitoring programs and risks.
- Ability to create presentations, arrange meetings, and briefings.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments, demonstrating effective prioritisation and coordination of a varied workload under pressure and to deadlines.
