SalaryMMP Consultancy is currently recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Officerrole on behalf of a college based in Northampton on a Permanent contract.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: 30,203.00 - 34,022.00 per annum (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide an internal recruitment service to attract and retain talent and promote the College as an 'employer of choice'.
- Work together with HR colleagues to ensure exceptional delivery of HR services.
- Guide internal stakeholders throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) - desirable Level 5

- 33 days annual leave, including 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part-time
- A maximum of 5 College closure days (pro rata for part-time)
