Hours: 0830 -1700 Monday - Thursday / 0830 - 1530 - Friday

Our client who is a local, prestigious manufacturing company whose ideal candidate would be versatile and have longevity in previous roles and wants to work in a diverse position. Foremost we are looking for a committed individual.
Responsibilities include contributing to the recruitment process, managing HR administration for new hires, updating personnel database, maintaining accurate electronic filing systems, proactively following up on HR documentation, addressing general HR queries. Responding to applications, reviewing CVs, and shortlisting candidates.
Conducting candidate screening calls
Arranging interviews
Maintaining and auditing staff files
Maintain and update the HR database with all staff changes including new starters and leavers, ensuring the correct data is entered
Provide general administrative support to the MD
Provide PA support to the MD
Support senior management including organising and acting as a note-taker where required in employee meetings.
Experience
Experience in HR will be advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
