Description
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Devise strategic and practical plans for hiring quality personnel
- Manage the entire recruitment process to meet staffing goals
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organisation
- Organise learning and development programmes
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Establish a positive and supportive relationship with staff members
- Manage the performance review and appraisal system within the company
Profile
A successful 'HR specialist' should have:
- Proven experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS)
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
- Strong communication skills
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of 50,000 - 55,000 FTE
- Flexible part-time working hours with a 4-day work week
