We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with previous administrative experience to be the first point of contact for our Human Resources team.
The role will include a variety of administrative tasks which will cover the whole employment journey including data input and retrieval, the maintenance of spreadsheets, portals and filing systems, production of employment paperwork including contracts of employment which are all to be completed in line with company policy. Note taking at meetings and involvement in dedicated Human Resources projects will be required at times during employment.
The role is temporary to cover for the maternity leave and will be reviewed on or before the 31st December 2024.
To provide ongoing support to the team the preference would be for the role to be worked flexibly across five days a week, however an alternative to this would be considered for the right candidate, as well as some elements of home working. There may be the opportunity to undertake additional hours in other roles across the company to make the total hours up to full time.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- GCSE's Maths and English Grade 4+
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Previous experience of administration duties
