- The Role:Customer Service Administrator
- The Location: West Malling
- Salary: 22,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm: Hybrid Work Setup.
Duties:
- General administration
- Providing advice and assisting with general enquiries
- Liaising with relevant data Providing a high level of Customer Service
- Providers for all search queries to ensure the smooth running of the search ordering process
The successful candidate:
- Organised
- Attention to detail
- A team player
- Someone with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Great Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
