Working alongside our team of highly skilled technicians will help you develop your skills and knowledge and potential to move into other areas of the business.

What you’ll do

For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards an Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will dedicate 80% of your time to work and 20% to studying toward your qualification.

We are looking for multiple individuals to join our team of engineers working on our customer sites in Chester and Bradford to deliver IT support alongside our team of technicians.

You will also be supporting the following:

  • Diagnosing, testing, repairing, and cleaning a range of Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, servers, and handheld devices.
  • Using internal IT systems to manage workload, stock levels and communication with end users.
  • Opportunity to work on our customer sites and develop great customer service skills.

Alongside your apprenticeship qualification you will also get the opportunity to complete several externally recognised accreditations, some of these include:

  • Warranty accreditations with Dell, HP and Lenovo
  • Microsoft training in Windows 10 and Office 365
  • BCS Level 4 Award in Business Processes
  • CompTIA A+

What you’ll need

  • You’ll have a strong interest in IT and a minimum of two GCSEs graded 4-9 (C-A*) including English language and Maths.
