My client are a well-established financial planning firm on the outskirts of Bristol that are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their long-standing, friendly workforce.
This is an office-based role that will involve providing administrative support to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
Specific Duties Include:
- Obtaining client information ensuring back office systems are up to date.
- Submit and process new business ensuring clients are updated on a regular basis.
- Process letters of authority.
- Process client requests for income, PCLS, Bed and ISAs, withdrawals, and portfolio switches.
- Maintain accurate back-office records.
- Liaising with providers.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Financial Planning, however those who are adept at administration from other backgrounds with a desire to move into Financial Planning will also be considered as full training will be provided.
Salary Information:
£23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
