Tenancy Income Officer

Contract Length: 6 Months
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Location: South-west
Pay Rate: £20-25
Start Date: ASAP

Experience needed:

• Ability to collect Rent Arrears over a patch.
• Knowledge of Escalations, Notices, Sign Post Benefits.
• Tenancy Management experience.
• Access to a car & an Enhanced DBS.
