Income Officer - Social Housing
4-6 Months Temporary Contract
£15 - £17.50 per hour
Please Note: Individuals must have a valid / clean driving licence, as well as their own vehicle.
As a successful Income Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our client maximises their income through the effective collection of rent, service charges and other income owed to them by tenants.
Experience:
- A strong Social Housing background with previous experience as an Income Officer.
- Experience effectively liaising and supporting tenants.
- Any experience with the system Microsoft Dynamics would be ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Managing backlog and restructuring rent accounts, to ensure appropriate systems are in place.
- Advising Support Officers in regard to rent arrears.
- Working with tenants supportively to reduce rent arrears and sustain tenancies.
