Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Employee Relations and Transformation in the delivery of business objectives. You will provide your expertise on policy, terms and conditions, including advice to both the HR team and the wider business on the strategic employee relations agenda. This will involve a high-level negotiations with Trade Unions on behalf of the business and for developing a positive ER climate during any major organisational change. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining trust with our Trade Union representatives and employees. By aligning organisational strategy with employee needs, and help develop effective people practices
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working of carrying out high level trade union negotiations.
CIPD L5 or equivalent
Knowledge of ER procedures and processes such as employment tribunals, disability, diversity and equal opportunities
