6 Months Temporary Assignment
Minimum 22.5 hours per week - fantastic flexibility on hours!
Belfast City Centre location - Role based fully onsite
High volume and busy Finance role.

Immediate requirement.
Key responsibilities of the Temporary Purchase Ledger:
- Maintain accounts payable records on bespoke system
- Reconcile Supplier accounts
- Complete bank reconciliations.
- Complete Credit Card reconciliations
- Query resolution
- Use automated AP system to process invoices
- Raise confidential purchase orders and track data trends
- Multi-currency - Dollar, Euro & STG (not essential)
- Work closely with other departments on process
Education/QualificationsandExperience:
- Solid/Proven experience of Accounts Payable
Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast paced and busy AP role/team. They must be a team player with excellent communication skills & adopt a problem solving & flexible approach to their work.
