Job Description
The HR Business Partner will work with the Senior HR Business Partner to proactively support the delivery of HR processes and implement strategic people changes that support the organisation's objectives and minimise risk.
A core element of the role will be to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and provide creative HR solutions to maximise impact and promote positive changes in people management practices to drive performance improvement and productivity across the business.
- Lead and implement HR strategies within the department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
The Successful Applicant
For this role, a successful applicant should have:
- Available to start in March 2024 for a fixed-term contract.
- A degree in Human Resources/CIPD
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professional services organisation or previously worked in a stand-alone HR role in an SME.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Proven ability to implement and deliver complex and challenging solutions which are consistent with existing, new or evolving policy/procedure
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
