SalaryHandle are working with a leading entertainment agency to bring an Interim HR Manager to the team for an ASAP start.
The role will include hiring and on-boarding, supporting with ER, developing new strategies and initiatives, supporting with culture and engagement, nurturing a positive working environment and looking at business communication / L&D opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with strong ER, employment law and performance management experience. You will have excellent communication skills and have strong stakeholder management experience. Ideally you will also have a passion for people and the fashion industry to really engage with the team as this role partners directly with the fashion arm of the business.
It's a very hands on environment, with 4 days in the office, 1 from home. You will love working in a buzzy agency environment!
