Ashley Kate are thrilled to bring an exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Manager position in an international company based in Sheffield.
This role is a full time, 9-month fixed term contract based in Sheffield with hybrid working available.
This role will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager and will involve:
·Handling TUPE responsibilities.
·Actively involved with Payroll changes.
·Dealing with any ad hoc HR situations.
·Supporting with implementing a new benefit and bonus structure.
The ideal Interim HR Manager candidate will have:
·Proven experience working as a HR Manager/HR Business Partner.
·Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
·Strong experience working with Change management.
·TUPE experience.
·Extensive and provable payroll experience.
