Internal Recruiter required for large public sector company, 6 months fixed term contract, 35598 pro rata, Brighton, East Sussex, hybrid working (6 days a month minimum to include every Wednesday).
Looking for a proactive, solutions orientated, and service focused Internal Recruiter, who has previous experience of managing high volume roles (25+ at any one time) who has directly managed end to end recruitment campaigns, utilising various attraction methods and techniques.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced but very manual working environment which is highly regulated and without an applicant tracking system ATS.
You will be part of a large team, dealing with a wide variety of customer support, administration, investigative and financial analytical roles, managing the process end to end to ensure delivery of company's KPI's.
The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for:
- design and deliver in house end to end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences.
- working with specific departments to understand current and future requirements, enabling proactive recruitment campaigns in a timely manner.
- deliver on recruitment needs within agreed service level agreements and provide an excellent end to end customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- provide specific advice on candidates to hiring managers, including recommendations of suitable candidates for current and future roles from talent pools.
- as a subject matter expert, provide creative advice and guidance on job adverts, social media content and interview approaches, using tools such as LinkedIn.
- manage offers to internal and external candidates, working within the salary pay bands and policies.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events when required to network and engage with stakeholder and improve candidates' attraction.
- build effective relationships with stakeholders, using data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign.
- headhunt candidates and fill future requirements through horizon scanning and LinkedIn.
The Internal Recruiter will have the following skills:

The Internal Recruiter is a 6-month fixed term contract, 35598 FTE, offering a civil service pension, 25 days holidays plus Bank Holiday, pro rata, flexible and hybrid working and a diverse workforce.
This a 6-month fixed term contract covering someone on a career break, so no chance of going permanent. Candidates must be able to commit to the whole 6 months, live within commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK as our client is not able to offer sponsorship. Interviews w/c 15 April.
