We are looking for an Internal Recruiter for one of our London based clients and they are looking for someone who loves to chat, a people person and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done whilst advancing their own career and earning potential. You DO NOT need previous recruitment experience to be successful however this might be advantageous, but our client is is looking for a person with great people skills over experience.
Previous experience in any of the following would be considered: call centre, hospitality including bar and pub work, retail, leisure and tourism and any other customer facing roles.
You will be a key team player within our client’s office, building relationships with their candidates via email, telephone and face to face. You will have one of the largest impacts on the business, recruiting into their sales department and helping the company achieve their growth targets.
The Recruiter must have:
An outgoing personality
A fantastic telephone manner
The ability to deal with a diverse group of people
Organisational skills
The ability to use their own initiative
Capacity to work independently, whilst recognising when appropriate to seek advice or escalate concerns
Drive to hit targets and be self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
The role involves but may not be limited to:
Managing recruitment for the office via phone, email and face to face
Placing recruitment adverts
Shortlisting CVs
High volume of calling candidates for initial chat
Hitting targets
Organising interviews around interviewers schedules
Opportunity to go to recruitment training, workshops and trips abroad with the company

Location: London
Salary: £22k - £25k per year
Hours: Mon-Fri Full Time
