Are you an experienced Internal Recruiter looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation based in Cardiff, is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join their team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.

As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's talent acquisition strategy. With a strong emphasis on utilising LinkedIn licences, you will identify and engage with potential candidates to fill a variety of positions within the organisation. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing will enable you to identify the best candidates for each role, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Utilise LinkedIn licences to actively search for potential candidates, engage with them and build a talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
• Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and via phone or video, to assess candidates' skills and fit with the organisation.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct reference checks and background investigations as required.
• Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn licences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Professional, proactive, and personable.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, based on a 9-5 Monday to Friday schedule. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a lovely team, where collaboration and support are paramount. Convenient free parking is also available for employees.
