Investor Relations Executive Assistant

A top financial services firm based in the West End are looking for an Investor Relations Executive Assistant to join their team. My client is looking for a switched-on and proactive EA to support one of the C-suite and their wider team. The role is offering hybrid working with 4 days in the office between 9am – 5.30pm. They are a collaborative team and are looking for someone who is personable and like-minded to join them. They are offering up to £55k for this role with some great benefits.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Diary management across multiple timezones
• Busy roadshow management and all travel
• Preparing and AGMs, meetings and annual investor conferences
• Expense management
• Marketing assistance such as website updates and company pictures
• Pulling together presentations and other documents
• Ad hoc duties and always being ahead of the game!

 
WHO YOU ARE
The successful candidate will have solid experience working as an Executive Assistant within IR. You will be able to work to a busy schedule while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and drive. This role will take someone who is a natural planner and uses their initiative to complete tasks. The main thing with this role is that you really care about what is going on and use your initiative!

• 2+ years in a similar role with a preference for PE or IR
• Happy working in a fast-paced environment
• Pro active and pre-empt situations, always one step ahead
• Confident Microsoft Office Skills
• Detail-orientated
