Description
The responsibilities of an Invoice Officer will include, but not limited too;
- Accurately prepare and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage income records and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Liaise with internal and external client regarding invoice processing.
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on various finance projects.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Profile
A successful Invoice Officer should have:
- A solid educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in invoice processing and income management.

- Ability to commute to Lancashire.
