In this role, the successful IT Administrator would be responsible for quality checking the service this company offers different clients from across the UK, working on a CRM system to keep figures up to date, keep client details up to date, invoicing and other ad-hoc tasks required around the office.

The ideal IT Administrator would have experience working within a similar role, hold and maintain some knowledge of IT.

The Role:

• Ensuring the correct service is provided for customers' requirements.
• Update service tickets with relevant information for other teams.
• Take on full training to enable your success and progression.

The Person:

• An interest or experience within the IT industry - Training provided on company systems and processes
• Background in customer service - A keen interest in provided great customer service to internal and/ or external teams
